Introducing Infovity, a boutique international consulting firm with a focus on growth objectives. This project involved the development of GTM strategies including industry verticalization, branding, positioning, market expansion, and a programatic lead flow engine, resulting in an expansion from regional to national market presence and the development of two new verticals with customer acquisitions in all.
